On April 7, 2009, at approximately 4:45 p.m., the Wells Fargo Bank located at 7080 N. Oracle Road was robbed. A male suspect walked up to a teller window and demanded money after he implied he had a gun in his bag. The suspect fled the bank in an unknown direction with an undisclosed amount of money. A dye pack that was in the money was activated.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 40-50 years old and approximately 5’3” – 5’4” tall. The suspect was dressed as a female wearing a short blond wig, sunglasses, nurses coat, and carried a black bag. A photograph is being made available to the public. Anyone with information about the possible identity of the suspect or anyone who may have additional information about the bank robbery is asked to call 911 or 88-CRIME.
