- Complete Call Taker training (approx. 20 weeks)
- Two (2) week classroom training
- Minimum of 15 weeks of on-the-job training over all three shifts (days, evenings, mids)
- Twelve (12) month probationary period. If hired under the trainee program, probation begins upon completion of the trainee program.
