Reporting System
Welcome to the Pima County Sheriff's Department's Citizen On-Line Incident Reporting System.  This on-line reporting system allows you to submit a report immediately and receive a copy of the report by email at no charge.

Please confirm the following to determine if on-line report filing is right for you:
  • This is not an emergency or an in progress incident.  (Dial 911 if it is.)
  • This incident occurred within the unincorporated areas of Pima County.
  • You do not know who the suspect is in the crime.
  • This did not occur on an Arizona State freeway
  • The lost, stolen, or dmaged property is not a license plate, firearm, or motor vehicle and the total value is less than $5000.00.
If you responded "yes" to all of the above statements, you are ready to file your report on-line. If you responded "no" to any of the above, on-line reporting may not be right for you. Please look at our Frequently Asked Questions section.

Upon completion of the report process you will:
  • See the words: "Your online incident report has been submitted" showing that your report is complete;
  • Be given a temporary incident case number.
  • Be able to print a copy of the temporary incident report to keep for your records and receive an official copy, with a permanent assigned case number, by email once your report is approved.

Please Note:
  • All cases filed using the On-Line Reporting System will be reviewed
  • Upon review, if further information is needed for your report, you may be contacted
  • To receive a copy of your on-line report, you must enter your e-mail address
  • Please make sure to turn off any pop-up and/or spam blocking and e-mail filtering software before filing a report
  • You may submit a photo with your online report on certain types of crimes.
  • Filing a false police report is a crime
Please complete the form as accurately and completely as possible. This will help us screen your report for potential investigation. If you need to report more than one type of crime (or multiple instances), please complete a separate Report Form for each one.

It is impossible for detectives to personally discuss each and every case with all crime victims. A detective will not routinely contact you, unless additional information is required. Your report will be evaluated to determine if the case will be assigned to a detective.
