Hiring Process
  • Physical Fitness Assessment: Coopers Test consisting of sit-ups, push-ups, flexibility, and a 1.5-mile run. This is a Pass/Fail test. Click here for a list of standards. Applicants who pass will take the Multiple Choice Test.
  • Multiple Choice Test: 100 items, two (2) hour test.
  • Oral Board Interview
  • Polygraph/Background screening
  • Executive Review: The Executive Review Board identifies applicants for hire contingent upon passing post-offer psychological testing and interview, a medical examination to include drug screening, an intense background investigation and a final review.
